摘要
根据调研某五星酒店的历史能耗数据,分析了在空调系统、热水系统及照明光源等方面的节能潜力,说明酒店存在原蒸汽锅炉设计选型偏大、生活热水系统整体热效率较低的问题。提出应用水水热泵和空气源热泵替代原有蒸汽锅炉作为热源,选用高效蒸汽发生器为洗衣房供应蒸汽,采用变频智能控制技术实现中央空调水泵和风机节电的方案,并将原有传统照明光源更换为LED光源。节能改造结果表明,达到了综合节能率28%的良好收益,起到了示范作用,可为同类建筑节能改造提供借鉴。
According to the history energy consumption data of a five-star hotel, this paper analyze the energysaving potentialities in aspects of air conditioning system, hot water system, lighting system, etc. The results show that the design of steam boiler is oversize and the total thermal efficiency of hot water supply system is lower. It is pointed out that the water heat pump and air source heat pump is as the hot sources which replaced the original steam boiler, and the efficient steam generator is selected for laundry room. By using variable frequency intelligent control technology, the energy-saving plans of the central air conditioning water pump and fan are realized. The LED light sources replace the original traditional lighting light sources. The comprehensive energy-saving rate is 28% ,which plays an exemplary role. It can provide references for energy conservation transformation of similar building.
