0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2NbN低磁钢锻造工艺

Research on Forging Technique of 0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2NbN Low-magnetic Steel

摘要 利用Thermo-Calc热力学计算及Gleeble热/力模拟方法,对0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2Nb N钢的平衡态相变行为及高温热塑性进行了研究,结果表明,0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2Nb N钢存在锻造开裂现象,锻造温度宜控制在950℃—1 100℃间。 The equilibrium phase transformation and hot ductility behaviors of 0Cr19Ni15Mn5Mo2 Nb N steel were investigated by Thermo-Calc calculation and Gleeble thermal / mechanical simulation. Forging cracking could occur in the steel,so the forging temperature should be controlled between 950 ℃ and 1 100 ℃.
