摘要
针对国家电网公司对国网智能电表自动化检验的需求,本文介绍了一种全新的电能计量装置远程在线监测系统。该监测系统可对已投入使用的电能计量设备进行在线监测、故障判断和记录分析,它是集信号、数据采集与处理、数据库管理、现场电能表误差自动校验、二次回路状态监测、报警、通信于一体的远程监测系统。该监测系统可靠性好,功能强,具备较高的竞争力,对用电大户和各变电站都有很好的应用价值。
In view of the state grid company of the smart meter automation test requirement, this paper introduce a new remote on-line monitoring system for electric energy metering device. This monitoring system can be on-line monitoring for the electric energy metering device, fault judgment and document analysis, it is set a signal, data acquisition and processing, database management, field watt-hour meter error automatic calibration, secondary loop condition monitoring, alarm, communication in one remote monitoring system. The monitoring system for good reliability, strong function, have higher competitiveness, for power users and the substation has the very good application value.
