摘要
为了提高铁片的疏水性,本文采用三氧化铁的乙醇溶液对铁片的表面进行刻蚀并用硬脂酸对刻蚀后的表面进行修饰,用扫描电子显微镜观测其微观结构,接触角测试仪测定表面张力。结果表明:经刻蚀的铁片表面有零散的凹坑和密集的丘陵状微米突起生成,形成纳米-微米二元结构。修饰后铁片表面的疏水性增强,接触角高达160°,滚动角小于4°。这种超疏水铁片具有良好的自清洁性、防污性和抗腐蚀性。
In order to improve the hydrophobicity of iron sheet,the iron sheet was etched using ethanol solution of ferric oxide and then modified using stearic acid in this study.The microstructure was observed using scanning electron microscope and the surface tension of the iron after etching was determined using contact angle meter.The results show that some sparse grooves and lots of compact hill-like microprotrusions were formed on the surface of iron sheet after etching,and the water contact angle of the super hydrophobic iron sheet surface was up to 160° and its sliding angle was less than 4°.The superhydrophobic iron sheet had great other properties such as self-cleaning,anti-contamination and anti-corrosion.
