摘要
采用无皂乳液聚合法,以过硫酸铵为引发剂制备了丙烯酸酯乳液,将其涂覆在聚酯薄膜表面,考查对薄膜附着力的影响。研究了聚合反应温度、软硬单体配比、乳化剂用量、中和剂等对乳液性能和薄膜附着力的影响。结果表明:反应温度为80℃,乳化剂用量为1.5%,w(EA)∶w(MMA)为2∶3,使用氨水和N,N-二甲基乙醇胺为混合中和剂,得到了性能最佳的乳液,薄膜附着力达到100。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、粒度仪对树脂结构和性能进行了分析表征。
Arylate emulision was synthesized by soap-free emulsion polymerization, with ammonium persuttate as initiator, the surface of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was coated by this emulsion, and its effect on film adhesion was investigated. The reaction temperature, the mass ratio of soft to hard monomer, emulsifier amount and neutralizer were discussed, which decided the film adhesive force. The results showed that:the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, the emulsifier was 1.5%wt, the mass ratio of MMA to EA was 2 : 3, ammonia and N, N-dimethyl ethanolamine were used as neutralizer, the optimal emulsion was obtained, the adhesive force of PET was 100. The structure and composition of resin were analyzed by FT-IR and particle size analyzer.
