New Method of Signal Processing of Magnetic Field Type Time-grating Displacement Sensor

摘要 为了提高磁场式时栅位移传感器的测量精度,分析了该时栅的测量原理。针对其测量过程中出现的激励信号源误差、合成行波非线性误差等问题,提出了信号处理的新方法。通过比较两路感应驻波信号的电压幅值,产生一路相位与时间量及被测位移量相关的方波信号,根据此方波的相位解算出被测位移量。基于该方法建立了数学模型,并进行了仿真分析。通过实验验证了该方法的可行性与有效性,证明该方法对磁场式时栅位移传感器输出信号的处理具有广泛的适用性。 In order to improve magnetic field time grating displacement sensor measurement precision ,the time grating measurement principle is analyzed. A new signal processing method is proposed for the measurement which appeared in the process of the excitation signal source of error and synthetic nonlinear wave problems. Through the comparison of two induction standing wave signal voltage amplitude, a road, the amount of time and rotor rotational displacement wave signal are produced, following by specific technique to square wave signal processing. The displacement of the rotation of the rotor is calculated. The mathematical model of the scheme is established, and the simulation analysis is carried out. Finally, the experiments are made to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The scheme has a wide range of appli- cability to the related problems.
