摘要
运用组织文化视角,构造具有信息化特质的学校文化,是提升学校信息化领导力的有效手段。信息化以"人是最重要的""人人平等""人是积极的、可信赖的、主动谋求发展的"以及"人的复杂多样性"为基本假设,树立了"以人为本、广泛包容、面向发展"的价值观体系。学校的领导者应该接受这些基本假设和价值理念,并将其根植于学校文化体系之中,构造具有信息化特质的学校组织文化。
It's an effective way to promote school informatization leadership by constructing school culture with informatization characteristics from the perspective of organizational culture. Taking People are the most important,Equality,People are positive,trustworthy and active pursuit of development and People's complex diversity as the basic assumptions,informatization sets up people-oriented,inclusive and development-oriented value system. School leaders should accept these basic assumptions and values and make them rooted in the school culture system to construct school organizational culture with information characteristics.
