摘要
在分析高校校园安全事故案例及相关文献的基础上,尝试构建包含3个层次、21项具体指标的高校校园安全评价指标体系,提出高校校园安全评价的可变模糊模型与方法。首先,采用问卷调查法确定各二级指标的相对隶属度;其次,采用有序比值法确定各评价指标的权重;再次,利用可变模糊综合评价模型确定各一级指标的综合相对隶属度向量、高校校园安全系统的综合相对隶属度向量;然后,结合评价等级特征值,运用二元语义法确定高校校园安全评价等级;最后,将该方法应用于某高校并进行实证分析。结果表明,该高校校园安全等级为"较安全",与实际情况基本吻合,为高校校园安全评价提供了一条新的思路和方法。
Based on an analysis of the accidents happening on university campus and the related literatures,a university campus safety assessment model is proposed,which contains 3layers and 21 specific indexes.A questionnaire is applied to determine the relative membership degree of secondary indexes.The index weight is calculated with two-dimensional comparison.The comprehensive relative membership degree is decided through the variable fuzzy comprehensive assessment model.Combined with the assessment grade characteristic value,university campus safety assessment grade is drawn by using a two-tuple semantic method.The application of this model and the result drawn from it show that this model is solid in assessing university campus safety.
