摘要
构建科学、合理、可量化的应用型人才综合评价指标体系,是检验和改进高校应用型人才培养的核心和关键,对于实现高校、企业和社会在应用型人才培养上的无缝对接和紧密合作,解决不同层次院校在应用型人才培养上定位交叉、层次交错、分类模糊、培养目标不明等问题,培养真正符合企业和社会所需求的应用型人才,具有极为重要的现实意义。为构建应用型人才综合评价体系,从知识、能力、素质三方面出发,提出可供量化的评价方法,研究可作为高校对应用型人才培养模式进行改善的参考。
The construction of a scientific,reasonable and quantifiable evaluation system is crucial for testing and improving applied talents cultivation in universities.It is of realistic significance for achieving seamless connection and close cooperation between universities,enterprises and society,and for solving the conflicts between different levels of colleges or universities in positioning,classifying and setting training objectives for their respective undergraduate cultivation.The comprehensive evaluation system proposed here mainly includes three aspects of knowledge,abilities and qualities,each aspect containing specific quantitative evaluation index.
