摘要
以内蒙古中煤远兴能源化工有限公司60万t/a煤制甲醇装置为例,分析了水煤浆制甲醇锅炉装置配套脱硫、脱硝系统运行现状,提出了一种节能减排设计方案:从变换凝液中回收煤气化产生的氨,然后将回收的氨用于脱硫、脱硝、硫回收尾气处理过程。从技术、经济上探讨了该方案的可行性。按新设计方案改造后,60万t/a水煤浆制甲醇年环保费用可节约544万元左右。
Taking 600 000 t/a coal to methanol unit of Inner Mongolia China Coal Yuanxing Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. as an example, the operation status of desulfurization and denitrification system for coal water slurry to methanol boiler unit was analyzed, and the energy conservation and emission reduction design scheme was proposed. The ammonia produced in the coal gasification was recovered from the conversion condensate. Then the recovered ammonia could be used in the process of desulfurization, denitrification and sulfur recovery tail gas treatment. The feasibility of the scheme was discussed technically and economically. After the renovation according to the new design scheme, the environmental protection costs of 600 000 t/a coal water slurry to methanol plant can save 5 440 000 yuan every year.
