摘要
新型发动机前端轮系测试设备主要组成部分为测试台、惰轮、自动张紧轮、带轮安装结构等。其中,测试台包括底座和多个带轮安装支架,每个带轮安装支架根据发动机前端轮系的具体分布位置独立安装在底座上;每个带轮安装支架对应安装一个发动机前端轮系中的负载带轮;每个负载带轮均与相对应的一个负载连接。对新型发动机前端轮系测试设备的结构组成进行了分析,并阐述了已有发动机前端轮系测试设备特点及缺陷以及新型发动机前端轮系测试设备优点。
The test equipment of front engine gear train main contain test pedestal,idler,automatic tension wheel,pulley installation structure,etc. Among them,the test bed includes the base and multiple belt wheel mounting bracket,each pulley has an independent installation on the base;each pulley corresponds to install a motor mounting bracket front-end pulley in the gear train load;Each load belt wheel is connected to the corresponding to a load. In this paper,the architecture of the test equipment is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages between the existing engine test equipment and the new engine front gear train test equipment is expounded.
