摘要 随着养蜂业的发展以及养蜂生产水平的提高,蜜蜂饲料的使用在我国已经越来越普遍,但大多数饲料为蜂农粗略自制,导致其质量与饲喂效果千差万别。深入研究蜜蜂营养需要和蜜蜂饲料的营养价值评定显得尤为迫切。借鉴理想蛋白氨基酸模式(ideal protein amino acid pattern,IPAAP)能够客观的评定饲料蛋白质的营养价值。本文综述了理想蛋白氨基酸模式的原理及其研究方法,并对通过IPAAP评定蜜蜂蛋白质饲料营养价值的可行性进行了分析。 With the development of apiculture and the improvement of beekeeping production level, the use of the bees feed in our country are becoming more common. Butmost of the feedthat were made cursorily by beekeeperswhich leaded toenormously different quality and feeding effect. Further studying of bees nutritional needs andevaluationof bees" forage nutritional value were particularly urgent. Feed protein nutritional value can be evaluated objectively by drawing lesson from the ideal protein amino acid pattern (IPAAP). In this paper, the principle and the research methods of I- PAAP were summarized and the feasibility ofassessing the honeybee feed protein nutritional value byIPAAP was ana- lyzed.
