摘要
课程资源是教师培训取得成功的核心要素之一。然而,传统的教师培训课程资源供给模式存在内容与需求脱节,教师缺乏参与积极性,生成性资源难以共享,资源建设成本投入风险高等不足。资源众筹是由课程项目发起者在课程策划阶段就在众筹学习平台上向受训教师发布课程标题,根据教师的反馈判断课程的受欢迎程度,来决定课程是否开设,并根据教师意见完善选题的资源建设模式。众筹课程用户也可以根据自身需要向课程项目发起者提供课程培训内容,参与到课程资源建设和培训过程中。这种课程供给方式采用了先筹集课程用户,后建设课程资源的新模式,再造了课程供给的流程和机制,给予了受训教师对课程资源的参与感、归属感和某种成就感,为解决传统教师培训课程资源建设中存在的问题提供了有益的思路。
Curriculum resource is one of the key factors for the success of teacher training. However, there are some problems in the traditional teacher training curriculum resource supply mode: a gap between the content and demand in the traditional teacher training curriculum resource, the lack of participation enthusiasm, generative resources is difficult to be shared, risk of resource production costing too much. Crowdfunding of Resources means that project sponsors release course title to the teachers in the curriculum planning stage. According to the teachers' feedback, project administrators decide whether to develop this course project, and improve the resource construction according to the views of teachers. The users can also provide content of training according to their own needs to the curriculum project sponsors, to participate in the construction of curriculum resources and training process. This new mode raise course users firstly, then develop curriculum resources. It reengineers process and mechanism of curriculum supply, and gives teachers a sense of belonging, participation and achievement. This research provides a useful idea for solving the existing problems in the construction of curriculum resources.
