摘要
针对钢-混凝土混合梁结合段受力复杂、设计要求高且不易施工的特点,配制C60纤维增韧自密实微膨胀混凝土,测试分析了膨胀剂、减水剂与纤维对其工作性能的影响。结果表明,掺入膨胀剂后浆体的流动度经时损失有所增加;与普通型相比,保坍缓释型聚羧酸减水剂显著改善了流动度损失的问题;拌合物的自密实性能随钢纤维掺量的提高逐渐下降,微细短切钢纤维造成的影响小于普通长纤维,其适宜掺量为30 kg/m3。
In this paper, relaying on the difficult construction of steel-concrete combined complex stress condition, high design requirement and sections, the expanding agent, water reducing admixture and fiber on C60 fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete's working performance were studied. The results show that the slump loss of paste mixing expansive agent is increased; ZWL-II can effectively solve the problem of the slump loss, better than ZWL-I; self-compacting concrete's working performance decreases gradually with the increase of steel fiber content, and the influence on its working performance by SF-W is less than that by SF-P, and the suitable dosage is about 30kg/m3.
