摘要
随着国内经济与国际经济的接轨,中国成为世界上最主要的外商直接投资东道国之一,但是经济增长红利及国际贸易带来的收益却存在地区间分配不均衡的现象。国内这种区域发展差距的扩大及外商直接投资在各地区分布的不均衡成为社会各界关注的重点问题。本文尝试从城市行政级别和产业集聚的视角来看待国内外商直接投资分布不均衡的现象。城市行政级别作为政府干预的载体对经济发展的干预作用极少被关注,本文认为城市行政级别和产业集聚能够对吸引外商直接投资产生直接影响,并且产业集聚对外商直接投资的作用会受到城市行政级别的间接影响,希望通过对三者作用机制的研究能够对经济发展落后地区在招商引资方面有所启示。
With the integration of domestic economy and international economy, China has become one of the most important trade and foreign direct investment destinationcountry in the world. However, the benefits of economic growth and international trade are unevenly distributed between different regions. The expansion of the regional development gap and the uneven distribution of foreign direct investment in various regions have become the focus of attention. In this paper, we try to analysis the distribution of foreign direct investment in China from the perspective of city administration level and industrial agglomeration. The city administrative level, as the carrier of government intervention on economic development, is rarely investigated, and this paper argues that urban admin- istrative level and industry agglomerationhave a direct impacton attracting foreign direct investment, and industrial agglomeration＇ s effects on foreign direct investment （FDI） will be affected by the city administrative level. We hopethestudy of the mechanism could inspire the less developed regions on their foreign investment development.
