摘要
目前对橡胶温拌沥青混合料性能测试条件未充分考虑高温高湿环境的气候条件和材料条件等状况,导致温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料病害频出。为了改善高温高湿环境温拌橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,该文以"等空隙率法"确定温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料的拌合、压实温度,基于车辙、低温弯曲、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂、四分点加载疲劳试验和高温浸水条件下的APA试验,系统研究了SBS、PR.S高模量剂、BRA岩沥青、ARM抗剥落剂、木质素和玄武岩6种添加剂对温拌橡胶改性沥青混合料路用性能和耐久性的影响。研究结果表明,掺加6种添加剂后温拌橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水温定性均有不同程度的提高,掺加PR.S高模量剂和BRA岩沥青均会导致橡胶改性沥青混合料低温性能下降,6种添加剂对橡胶沥青高温性能的提升幅度由大到小依次是:PR.S高模量剂>SBS>BRA岩沥青>玄武岩纤维>木质素纤维>ARM抗剥落剂;疲劳寿命由大到小依次是:PR.S高模量剂>SBS>玄武岩纤维>BRA岩沥青>木质素纤维>ARM抗剥落剂;高温浸水条件下的抗车辙能力依次是PR.S高模量剂>SBS>玄武岩纤维>BRA岩沥青>ARM抗剥落剂>木质素纤维。建议在高温高湿环境优先选用BRA岩沥青和高模量剂来改善温拌橡胶沥青混合料的抗车辙性能。

In order to improve the high tempera; ture and high humidity environment temperature mixing rubber high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture, based on "such as void fraction method" to determine the temperature of mixing rubber modified asphalt mixture mixing and compaction temperature, based on rutting, low temperature bending, Marshall immersion, freeze-thaw splitting, quartile loading fatigue test and high temperature under the condition of APA immersion test, the system studied SBS, PR, S high modulus agent, BRA rock asphalt, ARM anti-stripping agent, lignin and basalt 6 kinds of additives of warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture road with the influence of performance and durability. Research results show that after adding 6 kinds of additive temperature mixing rubber high temperature stability of asphalt mixture and the qualitative all have different levels of the water temperature, adding PR. S high modulus and BRA are rock asphalt rubber modified asphalt mixture at low temperature performance degradation, 6 kinds of additives on performance of rubber asphalt high temperature rise from big to small in turn is : PR. S 〉 SBS〉 basalt fiber 〉 BRA rock asphalt 〉 lignin fiber 〉 ARM antistripping agent; the fatigue life from big to small in turn is : PR. S 〉 SBS 〉 basalt fiber BRA rock asphalt 〉 ARM 〉 lignin fibers ; Under the condition of high temperature immersion rutting resistance, in turn, is PR. S 〉 SBS 〉 basalt fiber 〉 ARM 〉 BRA rock asphalt 〉 lignin fibers. Recommended in high temperature and humidity environment preferable BRA rock asphalt and PR. S to improve temperature anti-rutting performance of rubber asphalt mixture.
