摘要 建立黄酒中10种有机磷农药残留的气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。样品经丙酮/二氯甲烷(1+1,v/v)萃取液一步萃取后,直接进GC-MS定性与定量分析。10种农药的回收率在82.5-108.5%间,相对标准偏差在10%以内。所建立的方法简便快捷、可满足快速分析需要。 To established a method for determination of 10 organophosphorus pesticides residues in Chinese wine by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method was based on a simple one-step extraction procedure using a little solvent without any further cleanup steps. The extraction solvent for the pesticides is acetone: dichloromethane(1:1,v/v). The solution was determined and confirmed by GC-MS. The mean recoveries of 10 organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 82.5-108.5%, with the relative standard deviation under 10%. The method simple and efficient, and can meet the fast analysis in Chinese wine.
