摘要
基础教育阶段学生发展核心素养的提出切合时代需要。从全球来看,一方面,随着人们对可持续发展的关注和人文主义教育观的涌现,各国开始反思教育价值观,核心价值观教育得到重视;另一方面,创客教育、STEAM教育等新教育理念和形态兴起,引发学习变革。受此影响,我国基于立德树人根本任务,以马克思关于"全面发展的人"为理论依据,提出包含文化基础、自主发展、社会参与三个方面的六大核心素养框架。这一框架将引领课程改革的深入发展。
To develop the core attainments during primary education meets the demand of our times. Globally speaking, on the one hand, with growing attention to sustainable development and the emergence of humanistic education ideas, countries are beginning to reflect on their education values and the core attainments have been taken seriously. On the other hand, the emergence of new education forms and ideas, such as Maker Education and STEAM education, triggers a learning revolution. Based on the goal of moral education, our government has put forward the six-core-attainment framework, which includes cultural foundation, self-development, and social participation, on the basis of Marx's theory "all-round development".
