新疆引种花生品种(系)的农艺性状分析 被引量:7

摘要 【目的】观察引种花生品种在新疆的农艺性状表现,研究影响新疆花生品种产量的主要农艺性状。【方法】对24个新疆引种花生品种(系)的11个农艺性状进行主成分分析、回归分析与通径分析。【结果】(1)主要农艺性状的变异系数为7.88%~39.77%;(2)主成分分析将主要农艺性状凝聚为3个主成分,分别为单株产量因子、果数因子和分枝因子,这3个主成分对总变异的贡献率分别为40.348 1%,27.254 3%和14.881 9%,其累积贡献率达82.484 3%;(3)通径分析中各性状对单株产量的直接通径系数大小依次为:单株生物学产量(0.833 2)〉单株结果数(0.240 3)〉百果重(0.174 9)〉主茎高(-0.181 0)。【结论】花育33号丰产性最优。在新疆花生品种引进和选育中,应将单株生物学产量、单株结果数、百果重、主茎高作为主要选择性状。 [ Objective ] To master the agronomic traits performance of the peanut varieties introduced in Xinjiang and explore major agronomic characters which influence the production of peanut varieties in Xin- jiang. [ Method ] Principal component analysis, regression analysis and path coefficient analysis of 11 agronom- ic traits of the 24 peanut varieties in Xinjiang were conducted. [ Result ] The results showed that: ( 1 ) The coef- ficient of variance of main agronomic traits ranged from 7.88% ~ 39.77%. (2) The principal component a- nalysis of main agronomic traits can be condensed into 3 principal components, respectively as the yield per plant, fruit number factor and branching factor, The 3 principal components among the total variation contribu- tion rate were 40.348,1%, 27. 254,3% and 14.881,9%, respectively. The cumulative contribution rate was 82. 484,3%; (3) The direct path coefficient in the order of various characters to yield coefficient from the path coefficient analysis was as follows: Plant biology yield (0.833,2) 〉 Pod number/plant (0.240,3) 〉 100 -pod weight (0. 174,9) 〉 height of main stem( -0. 181,0). [ Conclusion]In the test materials, the highest yield comes from the Huayu No. 33. When introducing and breeding peanut varieties in Xinjiang, plant biological yield, the number of per plant, 100 - pod we t and the height of the main stem should be regarded as the primary selective traits.
