摘要
为了解决卷烟厂空调系统总能耗中空调机组运行能耗占比较高的问题,利用测试技术对其空调机组的实际运行参数进行了测试。结果表明,送风负荷为84.68%,供冷量为282.79k W,去湿量为111.56kg/h,供热量为399.46k W,加湿量为389.77kg/h。由此可知,多工况空气处理机组存在冷热相抵的现象。
In order to solve the problem of higher proportion of energy consumption of air conditioning unit in the total energy consumption of air conditioning system in cigarette factory,the actual operating parameters of the air conditioning unit were tested by the test technology. The results show that the air supply load is 84. 68%,the cooling capacity is282. 79 k W,the humidity is 111. 56 kg / h,the heat supply is 399. 46 k W,and the humidification amount is 389. 77 kg /h. Therefore,many air-conditioning unit is hot and cold offset phenomenon.
