制冷剂R32在变频空调系统中的回油控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 R32冷媒因具有良好的热物性及低GWP值,成为替代R410A冷媒的首选。但由于制冷循环系统管道管径和润滑油选型发生变化,存在启动缺油、放置下出现真空等问题,影响到压缩机的可靠性。本文从R32冷媒的物理特性及制冷系统冷冻油的物理特性出发,分析R32冷媒在变频空调系统的回油特性,并通过大量的试验验证其回油的可靠性,得出R32冷媒冷冻油的选型及其控制方法。 In order to improve the design efficiency of capillary tubes,capillary tube models are developed.
