摘要
模拟监所作为公安监所管理专业高等职业教育和岗位技能培训的一个重要训练场所,在专业教学体系中具有举足轻重的地位。专业教学中模拟监所的教学功能定位和教学训练方法的运用,直接关系到受训学员的岗位技能适配性。通过"教学工厂"、"门诊式教学模式"、"模拟对抗"等教学理念的引入,可以充分发挥模拟监所对于公安监所管理职业教育和教学训练的独特作用。
As an important training place for higher vocational education and post skill training, simulation detention house plays a significant role in professional teaching system. The instructional function orientation and the operation of training methods of simulation detention house have a direct relation with the matching suitability of police students＇ post skill. Through introducing the teaching conception of ＂Teaching Factory＂, ＂Clinic-like Teaching Mode＂, ＂Simulated Combat＂, simulation detention house can be given full play to the vocational education as well as the education and training towards the prison management of public security.
