摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚聚合物为基础聚合物,通过加入适量碳酸钙、聚醚增塑剂等助剂,制备了一种单组分自流平硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。该密封胶具有低模量、自流平和良好的施工性能,密封胶固化后的拉伸模量为0.4~0.5 MPa,符合标准JC/T 976—2005《道桥嵌缝用密封胶》中25LM级密封胶的性能指标要求。
Taking silane modified polyether as basis, a single component self-leveling silane modified polyether sealant is produced by adding right amounts of calcium carbonate, polyether plasticizer and other additives. The produced sealant has the characteristics of low modulus, self-leveling and excellent workability. After curing, the tensile modulus of the sealant can be up to 0.4-0.5 MPa, and this can meet the performance requirement of grade 25LM sealant stipulated in standard JC/T 976-'-2005 "Sealant for road and bridge joints sealing".
