摘要
中医病因学说是中医理论的重要组成部分,也是临床辨证求因、审因论治的依据之一。中医病因学说经历了不断发展、渐次完善的历史过程,经过历代医家的研究整理已形成较为系统和完善的理论,但随着临床实践和现代科学的发展,中医病因学仍需我们不断补充和完善。文章从文献研究、现代研究、临床实践等方面对病因学的研究进展进行综述,以期更好地指导临床实践。
Chinese medical etiology is not only an important part of TCM theory,but also one of the principles for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Chinese medical etiology has undergone a historical process of continuous development.After many years＇ research,previous researchers have established a relatively perfect and systematic theory.But with the development of clinical practice and modern science,many new viewpoints and situations come up in the field of Chinese medical etiology,which requires constantly supplementation and perfection.In this article,we reviewed and discussed the Chinese medical etiology from aspects such as：literature review,modern study and clinical practice and so on,with the expectation for better guidance for clinical practices.
