摘要
以某600MW机组MPS225HP-Ⅱ磨煤机为例,通过调节设备运行参数,对煤粉管道进行等速取样,研究了磨辊加载力、折向挡板开度、给煤量等因素对煤粉特性的影响。研究表明:磨辊加载力增加时煤粉变细,加载力过大时煤粉反而变粗;折向挡板开度变大时煤粉变粗;随着给煤量增加煤粉变粗2%~3%。
Taking the MPS225HP-II coal mill in a 600 MW unit as an example, the pulverized coal was isokinetically sampled from the pipeline by adjusting the operating parameters of relevant equipment, so as to analyze the influence of following factors on the pulverizing characteristics, such as the loading force of roller, the opening degree of baffle and the feed rate of coal, etc. Results show that the pulverized coal would become finer when the loading force rises; however, it would become coarser when the loading force gets over large. With the rise of baffle opening, the pulverized coal gets coarser, which would get coarser by 2%-3% with the rise of coal feed rate.
