不同降温方式对发热大鼠降温效果影响的实验研究 被引量:5

Impact of different cooling methods on cooling effect for fever rats:an experimental study

摘要 目的探讨药物、冰袋、药物联合冰袋3种降温方式对发热大鼠的降温效果。方法采用20%干酵母溶液在64只SD大鼠背部皮下注射建立发热大鼠模型,模型建立成功后将发热大鼠随机分成对照组、药物组、冰袋组、冰袋联合药物组(联合组)各16只并予以相应的降温处理,干预结束各组随机选取6只大鼠取血检测血肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)含量,其余大鼠分别在干预后即刻、15、30、45、60、75、90、120、180、240、300、360min监测肛温值。结果干预后各组大鼠平均温差值曲线呈现不同的下降趋势;与对照组、冰袋组相比,药物组和联合组干预后6h体温反应指数显著降低(均P<0.05);但各组血清CK、LDH含量差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论药物降温法能有效降低发热大鼠体温且作用持久,单纯物理降温法可迅速降低大鼠体温,但作用时间较短。物理降温适用于需快速降温的高热,辅予药物降温可延长降温效果。 Objective To explore the cooling effect of pharmacy, ice packs, pharmacy combining with ice packs for fever rats. Me- thods The fever rats model was successfully established by subcutaneously injected with 20% solution of dry yeast in the back of 64 SD rats, then the rats were randomized into a control group, a pharmacological group, an ice packs group and a combination group, with 16 rats in each group, which were giving corresponding cooling interventions. After the intervention, 6 rats were ran- domly selected from each group to detect creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in blood serum, the remaining rats were monitored anal temperature immediately after the interventions and 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, 180 minutes, 240 minutes, 300 minutes and 360 minutes after the interventions. Results The curves of average temperature difference in each group after cooling showed different downward trend. When compared with the control group and the ice packs group, the 6 hours temperature reaction index after cooling in the pharmacological group and the combination group decreased significantly (P〈0.05 for all), while there were no significant differences in serum content of CK and LDH (P〉0.05 for all). Conclusion Pharmacological cooling could effectively reduce body temperature and last a long time in fever rats, physical cooling could rapidly reduce the surface temperature of rats, but shorter duration. Therefore, physical cooling is sui- table for high fever needing fast cooling, and supplemented by pharmacy could extend cooling effect.
