文章介绍了OMRON CSIG PLC在电池注液设备自动控制中的应用,并介绍了控制系统的组成和工作原理,通过OMRON CSIG系列PLC结合触摸屏的控制方式,机械手作为执行机构自动完成电池注液,现场生产实际工作情况表明,严格控制注液量,使注液机运行稳定,为生产精品电池提供控制保障。
The application of OMRON CSIG PLC on the filling machine automatic control system as well as the con- struction and working mechanism of the system are introduced in this article. OMORON CSIG series PLC combined with touch screen and mechanical executors realize the automatic electrolyte filling into battery. The performance of the system on the practical production shows that it can strictly control the filling quantity and make the filling machine work stably, and also supply the guarantee for high quality battery production.
