摘要
将布敦岩沥青中纯净岩沥青抽提出后用作基质沥青的改性剂,研究其对沥青老化性能和疲劳性能的影响。通过针入度和测力延度试验,采用针入度比和拉伸柔量评价不同岩沥青掺量的改性沥青老化性能;在应力控制模式下,以3种应力水平(0.35,0.40和0.45MPa)进行时间扫描实验,采用N_(50)和N_(p20)评价不同岩沥青掺量的基质沥青疲劳性能。研究结果表明:在应力控制模式下,推荐采用N_(p20)评价沥青疲劳性能。随着纯净岩沥青掺量的增加,沥青的抗老化性能提高,沥青的疲劳性能显著改善,改性沥青老化后韧性急剧降低。因此,为保证老化后沥青材料的低温性能,建议纯净岩沥青的掺量不超过15%,工程实际应用布敦岩沥青的掺量不超过3%。
The pure rock asphalt is extracted from the Buton rock asphalt to investigate the anti-aging and fatigue performance of the modified asphalt. The penetration test, force-ductility test and time sweep test(in the stress control mode) are performed, and the ratio of penetration and the index of force-ductility test are used to evaluate the anti- aging performance, and the N 50 and N p20 (0.3 5,0.40 and 0.45 MPa) are used to assess the fatigue properties.The results show that it is recommended to use the Np20 to assess the fatigue properties in the stress control mode. And with the increase of the rock asphalt content, the anti-aging and fatigue performance will be better, while toughness of the modified asphalt after aging will decrease rapidly.The content of rock asphalt should be less than 15% to ensure the low-temperature performance.And the addition of the rock asphalt is advised to be less than 15~ which means that the addition of the Buton rock asphalt is no more than 3 % when all the properties are taken into consideration.
