摘要
为了研究燃煤变化与电厂综合成本的关系,结合煤质特性分析、设备检修数据及机组参数长期统计,通过现场试验、统计分析及理论计算,获得了3种不同煤质下的燃煤采购成本、煤耗、磨损及检修成本、辅机电耗成本及远期其他成本。研究结果表明:发热量每相差418kJ/kg的煤质,当其标煤价格差低于2.65元/t时,则燃用高热值煤种的综合成本较低;当其标煤价格差高于3.06元/t时,则燃用低热值煤种的综合成本较低。此结果可为电厂燃煤采购提供指导。
To reveal the relationship between coal type change and power plant comprehensive cost, this pa- per obtains the coal procurement cost, coal consumption cost, wear maintenance cost, auxiliary power cost and long-term other costs through statistical analysis and theoretical calculation, combining with the coal characteristics analysis, equipment maintenance data and unit operation parameters with long term statis- tics. The results show that, for two coals with calorific value deviation of 100 kcal/kg,when their standard coal price difference is lower than 2.65 yuan/t, the comprehensive cost of the coal with higher calorific val- ue is lower; when their standard coal price difference is higher than 3.06 yuan/t, the comprehensive cost of the coal with lower calorific value is lower. The conclusion can provide guidance for coal purchase in power plants.
