摘要
[目的/意义]探讨高校图书馆如何满足毕业季读者的个性化需求,提升图书馆的服务品质。[方法/过程]以黑龙江科技大学图书馆为例,研究毕业季读者的服务需求,建立毕业季读者服务平台,使其各功能模块与微信公众平台整合链接,为毕业生提供包括信息资源推荐、一站式离校、读者足迹、毕业主题活动等的手机移动服务平台。[结果/结论]构建毕业季服务平台能充分发挥图书馆的校园载体作用,为离校工作注入新的活力,成为高校毕业季读者服务工作的亮点。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss university library how to satisfy graduates-to-be readers＇ personalized needs, so as to promote quality of service of library. [Method/process]The paper takes Heilongjiang University of Science and Tech- nology Library for example, studies readers＇ needs in graduation season, establishes a service platform for readers in graduation season, and makes its all function modules integrated with WeChat platform to provide mobile service platform on mobile phone, including in- formation resource recommendation, one-step leaving school, reader＇s tracks, and graduation theme activities for graduates-to-be. [Result/conclusion]Constructing graduation season service platform can give full play to library＇s role of university carrier, inject new vitality to leaving school work, and become a highlight of reader service work.
