摘要
毛德西教授为全国名老中医工作室指导老师,从事中医内科工作50余年,临床善于"抓主症、选主方、用主药"。在选方用药方面,以《内经》"君一臣二"为宗旨,发挥经方遣药之义,临症用药多以三味为君臣药,故称"三味"方。笔者有幸师从毛老,侍诊其侧,耳濡目染,受益良多,今将毛老用三味方治疗杂病的部分经验整理简析,以飨读者。
