摘要
目的:探讨神经根型颈椎病住院患者应用中医护理临床路径的效果。方法:神经根型颈椎病患者76例,按照收治患者的时间分为试验组和对照组,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:试验组治疗护理的效果高于对照组,且住院费用和住院时间均低于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理临床路径能够缩短患者的住院时间,促进患者的恢复,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM clinical nursing pathway on hospitalized patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis. Methods： 76 patients with nerve root typecervical spondylosis were divided into the experimental group and the control group in accordance with treatment time, the nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results： The treatment and nursing effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the hospital costs and length of stay of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, the difference ＂was of statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： TCM clinical nursing pathway could shorten the hospital stay and promote the recovery of patients, therefore, it was worthy of clinical promotion.
