摘要
随着计算机技术的不断发展,为机械加工行业带来了新的变革,比如最新的在线检测技术。本文的研究对象是整体式叶轮的在线检测,针对叶轮数控加工中的模型实物比对、测头位移参数、机器人机械臂检测路径进行了深入的分析,阐述了在线检测技术的具体特点及功能,对于利用在线检测技术进行检测时检测路径中存在的问题进行了调整,希望能将在线检测技术更好地应用于叶轮数控加工过程中。
With the continuous development of computer technology, it has brought new changes to mechanical processing industry, such as the latest online detection technology. The object of the study is online detection of integral impeller. The model object comparison, the probe displacement parameter and the robot arm detection path of the impeller CNC machining were analyzed, the specific characteristics and function of online detection technology were expounded, and the problem of the detection path was adjusted, hoping to better apply online detection technology in the process of impeller CNC machining.
