摘要
目的 探讨猪肺表面活性物质对56例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿的治疗效果。方法 极低出生体重儿和超低出生体重儿112例,随机分为两组,每组56例,两组常规治疗和喂养相同,观察组患儿出生6~24 h以内应用猪肺表面活性物质。治疗前后气血分析和检测C-反应蛋白。应用SPSS21.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果 治疗前两组C-反应蛋白、Pa O2比较,P〉0.05;观察组治疗前后C-反应蛋白比较,P〈0.005;Pa O2比较,P〈0.0005。对照组治疗前后C-反应蛋白比较,P〈0.005;Pa O2比较,P〈0.0005。两组治疗后C-反应蛋白比较,P〈0.005;Pa O2比较,P〈0.0005。两组并发肺炎比较,P〈0.05;两组并发呼吸暂停、颅内出血、败血症比较,P〉0.05。两组住院天数比较,P〈0.0005;呼吸机时间比较,P〈0.0005。两组死亡率比较,P〈0.05。结论 在新生儿肺透明膜病预防与治疗中应及早应用肺表面活性物质,可以有效减少并发症发生,迅速恢复自主呼吸,降低死亡率。
Objective To study the pig lung surface active substance of 56 Cases of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease treatment effect of children. The control group C-reactive protein compared before and after the treatment, P〈0.005, PaO2, P〈0.0005. C-reactive protein compared the two groups after treatment, P〈0.005, PaO2, /'〈0.0005. Compare two groups of concurrent pneumonia, P〈0.05. Two groups of concurrent apnea, intracranial hemor- rhage, sepsis, P〉0.05. Two groups of hospitalization days, P〈0.0005; Breathing machine time, P〈0.0005. Two groups of mortality, P〈0.05. Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of neonatal pulmonary hyaline membrane disease, early application of lung surface active substance, can effectively reduce complications, rapid recovery spontaneous breathing, re- duce mortality.
