芳烃抽提装置脱瓶颈系列改造优化

摘要 贫富溶剂换热器E102易结垢、汽提塔易发泡、抽提塔处理能力不足、抽提蒸馏单元贫溶剂能量难以优化利用等瓶颈问题,影响液—液抽提系统的平稳生产,增加了芳烃抽提装置能耗,导致芳烃抽提装置运行时间短。通过实施芳烃抽提装置脱瓶颈系列改造,溶剂装置运行得到优化,消除了运行瓶颈,装置运行平稳,节约了能耗。 The bottleneck problems, such as fouling in solvent exchanger El02, foaming in stripping tower, insufficient capacity of extraction column and difficulties in recovering the lean solvent energy from extractive distillation unit, had negative impact on the stable operation of liquid-liquid extraction unit, on the energy consumption and the run time of aromatics extraction plant. By revamping and debottlenecking the aromatics extraction plant, it was optimized to ensure a long-term stable operation and save energy.
