东北高寒地区果树腐烂病病原菌分离、检测与抑制探究 被引量:1

Separation, Detection and Suppression of Pathogenic Bacteria of Fruit Rot Disease in Heavy Frigid Regions in Northeast China

摘要 为明确东北高寒地区苹果树腐烂病病原菌的致病力及酚类物质对其抑制效果。以黑龙江省红兴隆管局五九七农场林果业基地为实验样地,从患病果树腐烂病病斑处分离菌株,进行病原菌致病力检测,并以丁香酚及愈创木酚为抑制剂,探究其对病原菌的抑制作用。共分离出苹果树腐烂病致病菌4种,分别记为FA、FB、FC、FD,对4种病原菌进行致病力检测实验,结果显示:FC病斑直径最大可达2.56 cm,致病率为76.67%;FA病斑直径最小为1.27 cm,致病力仅为43.33%;由此可知,FC的致病力最高,FA的致病力最低。抑制试验结果表明,当抑制剂愈创木酚的浓度达到5.5%时,可对4种病原菌进行全面抑制,而丁香酚浓度达到2.0%时就可达到同样效果,因此,丁香酚、愈创木酚作为抑制剂对苹果树腐烂病病原菌均有抑制效果,其中丁香酚的抑制效果优于愈创木酚。 To detect the pathogenic bacterium and inhibition effects of phenolic compounds on fruit rot disease in heavy frigid regions in Northeast China, this experiment was conducted. Taking the horticulture base of 597 Farm in Heilongjiang Province as a case, strains at the lesion were separated and isolated from diseased orchards to detect the pathogen virulence by using eugenol and guaiacol as inhibition agents, and to explore the inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria. Altogether 4 pathogenic bacteria of fruit rot disease were separated, which were recorded as FA、FB、FC、FD, and the pathogenicity test experiment were carried out on them. Results showed that FC had the highest inhibitory effect, with its lesion diameter up to 2.56 cm, and the effectiveness of pathogenicity up to 76.67%; FA's lesion diameter was 1.27 cm, with its pathogenicity only 43.33%. The pathogenic effect of FC was the highest, and the pathogenic effect of FA was the lowest. Inhibition test results also showed that 4 pathogenic bacteria could be fully suppressed. When eugenol concentrationreached 2.0%, the same effect could be achieved as when the concentration of guaiacol reached 5.5%. So, eugenol and guaiacol could be used as inhibitors against fruit rot disease, and the inhibitory effect of eugenol was superior to that of guaiacol.
