摘要
通过液相法制备了白光LED用红色荧光材料K_2SiF_6∶Mn^(4+),用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、光致发光(PL)等对该荧光材料进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的荧光材料为较好的单相;在450nm附近的蓝光激发下,发射出主峰位于631nm的红光;K_2SiF_6∶Mn^(4+)荧光材料的内量子效率可达43%;随着温度的升高,Mn^(4+)的红光发射强度呈先升后降的趋势.当温度从室温升至200℃时,Mn^(4+)发射强度仅下降至室温时的91.5%,表现出优良的热稳定性.
The red fluoride phosphors K2SiF6 : Mn^4+ are synthesized by liquid phase method. The prepared K2SiF6 : Mn^4+ phosphors are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence (PL), etc. The XRD results show that pure phase phosphors are obtained. The PL results demonstrate that K2SiF6 : Mn^4+ shows high efficient emission with peak at around 631 nm under 450 nm excitation. The inner quantum efficiency of K2SiF6 :Mn^4+ is 43%. The luminescence intensity of K2SiF6: Mn^4+ phosphors firstly rise and then fall with the increase of temperature. At the temperature of 200℃ ,the emission intensity of Mn4+ fell to 91.50//oo compared to that at room temperature, and excellent thermal stability is obtained.
