摘要
以肺形侧耳(Pleurotus pulmonarius)鲁大秀珍1号(LD1)的新鲜子实体为材料,收集担孢子并分离获得58株单核菌株,经过三轮交配实验,将58株单核菌株分成4组(T_1、T_2、T_3和T_4),分别有16、14、12和16株,可知肺形侧耳属于四极性异宗配合;指定T_1为A_1B_1,T_2为A_2B_2,核迁移实验明确了T_3的交配型为A_1B_2,T_4为A_2B_1;卡方检验结果表明,4种交配型单核体的比例符合1∶1∶1∶1的分离规律。
A total of 58 Pleurotus pulmonarius monokaryons, identified by the absence of clamp connections, were obtained by single-spore separation from a fresh fruit body (LD1). These were separated into four groups (T1, T2, T3 and T4) containing 16, 14, 12 and 16 monokaryons respectively. We propose that the P. pulmonarius mating system is tetrapolar heterothallic, and data derived from mating and nuclear transfer experiments indicated the mating loci combinations of T1, T2, T3 and T4 were A1 B1, A2 B2, A1 B2 and A2 B1, respectively. Chi-square testing revealed the ratio of the different mating types to be 1:1:1:1.
