摘要
胚胎移植作为现代动物繁殖的重要技术,在养牛业生产和科研中发挥了重要的作用。本文在叙述牛胚胎移植研究概况的基础上,阐述了供体母牛的超排处理、胚胎的冷冻保存等胚胎移植的关键技术,分析了影响胚胎移植效果的关键因素,如胚胎质量、供受体的同期性、操作技术、饲养管理等,并指出了胚胎移植技术存在的主要问题和发展前景,以期为进一步提高胚胎移植效果奠定基础。
As an important technology of modern animal breeding, embryo transfer technology plays an increasingly important role in production and scientific research of cattle industry. Based on the research situation of cattle embryo transfer, this paper introduced the key technology , such as superovulation treatment of donor cow, cryopreservation of embryos etc. , analyzed the key factors affecting embryo transfer including embryo quality, synchronism of donor and recipient, operative technique, feeding and management and so on. In addition, this article pointed out the main problems and development prospects to lay a foundation for further improvement of embryo transfer.
