摘要
对具有三针开口经缎组织的疝修复补片进行抗张强度、延伸性和刚度的测试与评价,提出临床应用的建议.在强度与延伸性方面,由顶破测试结果表明,该结构补片的强度远大于腹壁的生理要求,但伸长率不能满足腹壁弹性要求.单向拉伸测试表明,密度对比系数K影响该结构补片力学各向异性,K值较高时更符合腹壁的各向异性特点.缝合牵拉和纵向撕裂性能符合腹壁的力学要求,但当横向线圈被破坏时,横向撕裂强力显著降低.该结构补片的弯曲刚度有正反面差异,临床学者应重视材料的正反面刚度与纵横向的力学差异,在进行剪裁时应避免破坏横向线圈.
Mechanical tests and evaluation on tensile strength, extension and stiffness of hernia repair mesh with three- needle open atlas stitch were performed, and suggestion for clinical application was proposed. For the strength and extension, the results of ball burst test demonstrate that the strength of the mesh is much higher than that of physiological requirement for abdominal wall, however, the extension cannot satisfy the physiological elasticity. The results of tensile tests show that the anisotropy of hernia repair mesh is influenced by the ratio (K) of course density to wale density, meshes with high K are more in line with physiological requirement. The suture pull out strength and tear strength in longitudinal direction are conformed to the required mechanical property of abdominal wall, however, the tear strength in horizontal direction is greatly decreased when integral loops in horizontal direction are broken. Besides, bending stiffness of technical face and technical back are different, clinical researchers should pay more attention to the difference between front and back of the mesh and the mechanical difference between longitudinal direction and horizontal direction. The damage of loops in horizontal directions should be avoided while cutting the mesh.
