摘要 为了实现技术升级和改善环境的目的,铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司金昌冶炼厂启动搬迁改造工程。该项目在熔炼工艺、吹炼工艺、脱硫工艺上经过反复比选,最终决定采用"铜精矿配料—圆盘制粒—富氧顶吹熔池熔炼—智能数控吹炼—回转式阳极炉精炼—PC电解精炼"流程,并采用稀酸动力波洗涤净化+两转两吸+"脱硫"工艺,年产电解铜200 kt、硫酸760 kt。 In order to achieve the purpose of technology upgrading and environment improvement, Jinchang Smelter of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group co., Ltd. initiates the relocation and reconstruction project. The project is repeatedly compared and selected in the smelting process, converting process and desulfurization process, the process flow of "copper concentrate blending - disc granulation - oxygen enriched top blown bath smelting - intelligent numerical control converting - rotary anode furnace refining - PC electrolytic refining" has been finally determined to be used in the project, and the process of dilute acid dynamic wave scrubbing purification + two conversion two absorption + desulfurization is used, with the electrolytic copper of 200 kt/a and sulfuric acid of 760 kt/a.
