摘要
针对电力通信网效能评估问题,采用ADC(可用性,可信赖性及能力)法建立电力通信网效能评估模型。该模型利用可用性向量、可信赖性矩阵和能力向量综合评估网络效能,其中为实现能力向量合理评估建立了电力通信网通信能力指标体系。以某地区电力通信网效能评估为例,给出模型应用实例。评估结果确定了该地区电力通信网效能级别,表明了网络效能随工作时间的增长呈下降趋势,随故障率的下降明显升高。验证了评估模型的有效性,证明该模型能够为网络运行维护提供参考。
A new model is proposed on the basis of ADC(Availability,Dependability and Capability) method to solve the problem of effectiveness evaluation in electric power communication network. The model utilizes availability vector,dependability matrix and capacity vector to make comprehensive evaluation of network effectiveness. Communication capability index system of electric power communication network is established to make reasonable evaluation of capability vector. Model application is obtained by taking an example of a certain electric power communication network of an area. The results showed the level of power electric communication network,which indicates that the effectiveness will decrease as working time increases,thus the fault rate will rise sharply. The results verify the effectiveness of the evaluation model and prove that the model can provide reference for network operation maintenance.
