摘要
中药的临床疗效及用药安全直接关系着人民的生命安全乃至整个医药行业的发展。长期以来,中药在使用过程中存在着一定的安全隐患和风险,已经引起了社会各界人士的广泛关注。从我国中药材种植、生产、销售、使用等环节的实际情况来看,建立一套适合我国中药材全过程安全管理与控制的质量追溯体系刻不容缓。中药溯源系统通过使用现代信息技术手段,完成了中药材从栽培到使用过程中各个环节的信息记录,实现中药材全过程的质量监管与追踪,极大地提高中药材在其流通领域各个环节的安全性。本文通过分析我国中药质量追溯体系的现状及其与中药质量安全之间的关系,同时结合在该领域已经取得的成功经验,提出了构建中药材质量追溯体系所需的关键技术,并分析了在该领域的不足及其原因,最后对该体系的建立进行展望。
Clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine is directly related to the safety of the people＇s lives and the development of the entire pharmaceutical industry. For a long time, the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the process there are a certain security risks and risks, which has aroused widespread concern in the community. From the actual situation of the production, sale and use of Chinese medicinal materials, it is urgent to establish a set of quality tracing system which is suitable for the safety man- agement and control of the whole process of Chinese medicinal materials. Chinese herbal medicine quality traceability system through the use of modem information technology, finished medicines from cultivation to the use of information and records of each tache in the process of, Chinese herbal medicine the whole process of quality control and tracking, greatly improved the traditional Chinese medi- cine in the circulation of all aspects of the field of security. Through analysis of traditional Chinese medicine quality traceability system status and between the quality and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine and relationship, and combined with the successful expe- rience in the field we have made, and puts forward the construction of Chinese herbal medicine quality traceability system for the key technology, and analysis in the field of and the reasons. Finally, the scientific outlook and summary is proposed.
