摘要
穴位配伍使用是针灸临床取得良好疗效的重要经验,恰当的配伍方法可以起到协同作用,达到增强疗效、综合调理、减少不良反应等作用。反之,不合理或不恰当的穴位配伍不仅不能发挥上述作用,反而有可能会影响单穴本身功能的发挥。随着现代研究手段的日新月异,越来越多有关穴位不当配伍导致疗效减弱或不佳的报道,并对其发生的生物学基础和机理等进行了一定的研究,本文对此进行了归纳和总结,提出穴位配伍拮抗效应不容忽视,但其机理尚待进一步深入探讨,以期为今后临床选穴提供进一步的参考依据。
Compatibility of clinical use acupuncture points is an important experience to good effect. The proper compatibility way to play a synergistic, to achieve enhanced efficacy, comprehensive conditioning and reduce adverse reactions and other effects. On the contrary, unreasonable or inappropriate points compatibility not only can not play these effects, but may affect the function of play single hole itself. With the ever-changing modern means of research, more and more scientific basis points compatibility related meth- ods, and the onset mechanism is disclosed, wherein the compatibility of antagonism points more and more attention, this paper have conducted and summarized, in order to provide a more comprehensive reference for future clinical point selection.
