摘要
船舶碰撞事故取证分析旨在识别涉事船舶的操纵动机、行为进而判断涉事船舶决策的合理性。基于Dempster-Shafer证据理论对船舶操纵质量进行量化评估,针对碰撞双方的交互行为,使用时间滑动窗口对双方行为实施交叉分析,使得船舶的决策和操纵质量能在更具体的背景下得到评判。典型船舶碰撞案例的仿真分析表明,所提算法能有效提取涉事船舶的操纵意图。
Forensic analysis for ship collision accident was performed to scrutinize the motivation and maneuvering behavior of the involved vessels, furthermore, to determine the rationality of the decision-making. The Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (DST) was employed in this paper to quantify the quality of maneuver. To tackle the interactive state, a temporal sliding window was u- tilized to conduct cross analysis for the quality of anti-collision maneuvering of the involved vessels, which was against the more specific decision background and in a broader time domain. It was aimed to obtain scenario-sensitive decision/maneuver evaluation. Under a typical collision scenario, it was demonstrated that the proposed analysis framework can effectively extract the maneuver intention of the colliding vessels.
