基于稳健设计的预锻伞齿轮模具优化

摘要 本文对模数为5.2、最大直径为157 mm的半轴伞齿轮的精密锻造成形模具工艺参数进行确定.通过现场考察和相关文献的查阅,该伞齿轮采用热冷复合挤压成形工序方案,因为伞齿轮在成形过程中对模具的磨损较为严重,导致模具的寿命较短,这是大尺寸齿轮多采用车削加工的原因.本文将基于田口试验与数值模拟技术对预锻模具参数进行优化设计,从而实现预锻模具的工艺参数优化. Process parameters of precision forging forming die for bevel gear,with the modulus of 5.2 and the max diameter of 157 mm were determined. Hot cold composite extrusion forming process scheme was used for the bevel gear according to the spot observation and papers review. However, the life of the die was reduced due to the heary wear during the gear's forming,this is why the cutting process is adopted for the large size gear. The optimization of process parameter for gear die was realized based on Taguchi experiment and numerical simulation technology.
