摘要
刀架装置是导光板模具精密撞点机的关键部件,设计了一款利用压电陶瓷提供动力、柔性铰链作为支撑的刀架装置。用理论计算和有限元分析方法对柔性铰链进行了分析优化。对加工后刀架装置进行了测试,最大运动行程为40μm,在0~35μm的行程范围内运动频响超过80Hz。撞点实验中加工出直径为40μm的点阵,加工精度为±0.2μm。
The tool rack is the essential of the precision machine of light guide plate mould. Designed a tool rack based on piezoe- lectric ceramic and jointed by flexible hinge. The flexible hinge was analyzed and optimized by the theoretical calculation and fi- nite element analysis software, and the device has been physical processed and tested. The results indicated that it could reach a travel range for 40μm and the frequency response could reach 80Hz within 35μm travel range. The experiment results demonstra- ted that it can process the dot with diameter of 40μm.
