摘要
中国-中亚-西亚国际运输走廊目前有新开辟的"丝绸之风"项目和哈土伊铁路,以及运行多年的中哈乌土伊铁路。这些铁路对于满足欧亚间国际货运来说存在很多不足之处,需要开辟新的通道。丝绸之路经济带中线框架下的新跨国铁路经过中亚地区,将中国铁路与伊朗和土耳其的准轨铁路连接起来,打破现存的诸多壁垒,使中国-中亚-西亚国际运输走廊进入高效运转的时代。中国-中亚-西亚国际运输走廊建设面临着一系列的挑战,中国也应采取相应的对策。
China-central Asia-Western Asia transport corridor now has newly-opened "silk-road" project and Kazakhstan- Turkmenistan-Iran railway and China-Kazakhstan- Uzbekistan- Turkey-Iran railway in operation for many years. These railway lines have many shortcomings in meeting the need of international freight between Europe and Asia and need to have a new passage. The new transnational railway under the framework of Silk-Road economic belt at mid-route through central Asia will connect China railway with Iran and Turkey's would-be railway lines and broke established barriers so that China-central Asia-west Asia international transport corridor might enter an age in efficient operation. China-central Asia-west Asia international transport corridor construction is confronted with a set of challenges, so China should adopt corresponding strategy.
