女性患者不明原因肝损伤109例肝脏穿刺活组织检查结果分析 被引量：6

摘要 肝脏疾病是一组常见病，在我国其发病率及死亡率均位居前列，大部分情况下，通过血清学、生物化学及病毒学标志物检测可以明确病因及临床诊断。但仍有一部分患者经反复临床检测仍无法明确诊断，称之为“不明原因肝损伤”，尤其以女性患者多见，此类患者常常需要经过肝脏穿刺活组织检查才能进一步明确诊断。为探讨女性患者不明原因肝损伤的临床及病理学特点，更好地指导本组疾病的诊治，本研究拟对昆明两家综合性医院109例女性患者肝活组织检查资料进行回顾性分析，现报道如下。
