摘要
现代学徒制是职业教育校企合作的深化模式,同时也是企业缓解用工难,减少育人成本的重要举措。京津冀三地涉外旅游人才培养在现代学徒制模式下存在教育政策细则缺失,企业与高职校联合招生培养参与意愿低下,人才培养操作流程过于散漫,课程设置与岗位需求脱轨等问题。因此应具化现代学徒制培养措施,创新办学体制机制,规范指导教师管理,促进学生身份转换,构建涉外旅游人才服务能力"三线六块"协同课程教学框图,以促进职业教育的现代化发展。
Modern apprenticeship is a mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in vocational education. It is also an important measure to alleviate employment and reduce the education cost. In the modem apprenticeship, there are such problems as the lack of educational policies and rules, the unwillingness of some enterprises and colleges to recurit and cultivate the students together, the undiscipline of the training process, the digression of the curriculum with the demand for jobs. Therefore, it is necessary to concretize the modern apprenticeship training system, innovate the operating mechanism, standardize the management of instructors, promote the conversion of students" status and construct the teaching framework of the coordinative curriculum with "three lines and six blocks" to promote the development of modernization in vocational education.
